dmake is different from other versions of Make in that it supports significant
enhancements. See the WWW page for the detail.
WWW: http://dmake.wticorp.com/
This directory contains the release of GNU Make.
All bugs reported for previous test releases have been fixed.
Some bugs surely remain.
This port provides some useful utilities originally provided as a part
of the XFree86 package. Imake, among others, is one of the most
frequently used programs when compiling software packages. Lndir is
another useful tools. See man pages for the detail.

This is the parallel make(1) program originally developed for the Sprite
operating system. You can also build this port with support for the
'customs' service. Customs is a load-balancing system designed for a
local area network of cooperating workstations.
NOTE: this software's copyright restricts its use to non-commercial
applications only.
This is a port of tmake, the tool from Troll Tech to create and
maintain makefiles for software projects. It is especially useful if
you develop for more than one platform or use more than one
compiler. tmake automates and streamlines this process and lets you
spend your valuable time on writing code, not makefiles.

XMake is a make utility. It is not compatible with other makes, but
provides extended functionality over most standard makes. Whereas most
other makes have confusing rulesets and do not support many-to-many
dependancy specifications, XMake has relatively few (basically no) rulesets
and allows you to easily specify many:many dependencies. This gives XMake
the flexibility to deal with complex project hierarchies very simply.
